Calibration Manual
Step 1
Press ON/OFF button first and soon after press UNIT button.The LCD display will show 300.00kg. Then remove your finger.
Step 2
Press ON/OFF button, display -1778 or other number. Pressing the ON/OFF button again LCD will display CALO for 2 seconds and then display -1778 or other number.
Step 3
Put on 20kg in weight. LCD display 20.00kg for 2 seconds about and change to display 222 or other number.
Step 4
Now add another 20kg. The screen displays 40.00kg for 2 seconds. Next it will display PASS for 2 seconds and change to display 0.00kg. Then the calibration is finished. You can then remove all the weights and the screen displays -40.00kg. You can tare the weight and test the weighing.
Scale accuracy
150g~100kg: acceptable errors from -250g to +250g;
100kg~250kg: acceptable errors from -500g to + 500g;
250kg~300kg: acceptable errors from -1.2kg ~+1.2kg.
Please recalibrate the device if there are errors beyond the above data.
If you don’t have the standard weights, you can use any other 20kg items to replace the standard weights. Such as 20kg water, 20kg weights or other items that you have. Ready 2pcs 20kg items.
