Are you having problems with your printer printing strange characters on multiple labels?

To make the printer stop printing incorrectly, remove the battery and restart the printer.

Then follow these steps to change the printer settings:

1. Turn on the printer.

2. Press Settings on the printer and go to the option called CMD.

3. Your printer is probably set to ESC/POS, which is the incorrect setting. Press the button on the far right once so the setting changes to TSPL.
