If you have updated your Tendy app to version 2.1.8 in the App Store / 2.2.3 in the Play Store or later, your templates will automatically be saved to your account. The update was released 16/12/2025.
This makes it possible to change phone or tablet while still having your created label templates saved to your account. You do not need to do anything to activate this — it happens automatically the next time you use the app.
It is also now possible to share your templates so that others can use the same template. You can either share the template directly by sending a link or by adding it to a hunting team. To share and use shared templates, you need an active Tendy subscription, which enables the use of custom-designed templates.
There are two ways to share and use shared templates:
Copy the template you have received.
a. This means you can make changes to the template without affecting others. Then you simply save the template with your changes.
Use a shared template.
a. This means the template is “locked” to the owner of the template. If someone shares the template with you, you cannot make changes to the template itself — only the owner can make changes.
b. If the owner of the template makes changes, they will also be updated when you use the template.
