No, there should not be any holder for the label roll in Scriptor. The label roll should lie completely loose inside the Scriptor compartment.
In some of the very first units, a holder was included, but we later removed it because it made the label feeding worse and prevented us from using larger label rolls.
A holder is not included with Scriptor and should not be used for the label rolls.
