No, at this time the Libra scale is not approved and certified according to CE-M / 2014/31/EU. Libra is currently undergoing testing to obtain this certification, but at present it is not an approved trade scale under EU regulations.
Scales used to set prices must be certified according to specific EU regulations (2014/31/EU). Tendy Libra does not meet these requirements and therefore may not be used for sales by weight to end consumers.
However, it is excellent for weighing, tracking, portioning, inventory, and reporting.
