Group items
In the Inventory tab you can choose how items are grouped in the list: by type (species, e.g. Elk, Roe deer) or by storage location (e.g. Freezer, Freezer 2).
Tap Group by to open the choice.
Choose Type or Storage location and tap Apply. The list re-groups immediately.
Filter items
You can quickly narrow the list in several ways.
Quick filter by tapping a group. In the grouped view you can tap the arrow next to a group (e.g. Elk) to see only items of that type. The chosen group appears as an Active Filters chip at the top.
Full filter. Tap the filter icon in the top right to open Filter, where you can combine multiple criteria:
Type — species (e.g. Elk)
Animal profile — show only items that belong to a specific animal profile
Storage — a specific storage location
Cut types — e.g. only Shoulder or Top Round
Expiry date — e.g. those expiring soon
Status — In stock or Consumed
Sort by — choose the sort order
Tap Cut types to pick one or more specific cuts (e.g. Top Round). Turn off the Any toggle at the top and tick the ones you want to include.
Tap Apply to use the filters. Active filters appear as chips at the top — tap the cross on a chip to remove just that one.
Tip: Tap Reset in the filter view to clear all selections at once.
Manage multiple items at once
Once you have a filtered list (or the full inventory) you can select several items and manage them in a single action.
Tap an item to enter selection mode — checkboxes appear in front of each item. Tick the ones you want to manage, or tap Select all at the bottom to select everything in the list.
Tap Manage at the bottom. A menu opens with actions you can take on all selected items:
Delete — removes the items permanently
Remove from stock — marks them as consumed
Print — re-prints labels for the items
Move — move the items to another storage location
Show consumed items
By default, the inventory only shows items that are In stock. To see items you’ve marked as Consumed:
Open Filter (filter icon in the top right).
Tap Status and choose Consumed.
Tap Apply.
The list now only shows your consumed items, with a Status: Consumed chip at the top.
Tap the cross on the chip to go back to items in stock.
