How do I print a "self-test" on my Scriptor?

  1. Turn on your Scriptor

  2. Press the settings button on the printer once (the gear icon to the right of the screen) until the display shows "information".

  3. Then press the print button once (the button with the printer icon, furthest to the right).

  4. The printer will print a "self-test" with all the information about your Scriptor. This information helps us understand what might be wrong if you are having issues with your Scriptor.

Please take a clear photo of your self-test and send it to us if you are experiencing problems with your Scriptor.
