How do I update my Libra scale?

Step 1,

Open the app and go to My devices.

Step 2,

Press the settings button in the top right corner.

Step 3,

Select Update Libra.

If this does not solve the problem, turn off the Libra, wait 5 seconds before turning it back on. Remove your Libra under My devices, sync it again, and try performing the update once more.
