My Lucus device software needs to be updated, how do I do it?

Guide on how to update your Lucus software.

Tendy is constantly working to improve the Lucus software and releases updates to Lucus when we have an updated software ready.

To update your device, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Profile -> My devices -> Click on your Lucus device

  2. Scroll down until you find the "check version" button. Click there.

  3. Make sure your Lucus device is charging or fully charged.

  4. Turn your Lucus off and on once and then wait.

  5. You need to have good mobile coverage where you are for Lucus to be able to download the software and update it.

  6. Your Lucus will start counting up from 0% to 100% when the software is being updated.

  7. When it is updated, it will search for the network again and is then finished and ready to be used again.
