When the device counts up in percent on the screen, it means that your Lucus is being automatically updated to a newer software version.
These updates are done automatically via the network (OTA), and you just need to let your Lucus finish the update. Once the update is complete, the device will start sending data again as usual.
Do not turn off your device during an update.
Let the device remain in a place where it has good network connection so it can complete the update.
